# Add Prefix
Prefixing the Path

The AddPrefix middleware updates the path of a request before forwarding it.
## Configuration Examples

## Configuration Options
### `prefix`
`prefix` is the string to add before the current path in the requested URL.
It should include a leading slash (`/`).
