Ensure nvidia and nvidia_uvm kernel modules are loaded in install.sh script and at startup (#4652)

* ensure kernel modules are loaded in `install.sh` script and at startup

* indentation

* use `SUDO` variable

* restart if nouveau is detected

* consistent success message for AMD
